ALARM RESPONSE

Primary Protection contracts with alarm companies and private individuals to respond to their alarms.  In some cases, most clients would prefer us to respond first, rather than the police, due to cost, and personal interest.  If an alarm is activated the alarm company dispatches to our patrolmen the location of activation and address. Our vehicles are equipped with a GPS system for a fast and immediate response time.  If the alarm is false, the patrolman will attempt to make contact, if no one is on property all doors and windows will be checked and clear the scene.  If the alarm appears to be an actual Breaking & Entering in progress, or other criminal activity the patrolman will ask for local law Enforcement to be dispatched, and the clients instructions will be followed
